Webcam Portraits

Inspired by the amusingly low-quality pictures on the visitor passes that my school gives out, I took these headshots using a cheap webcam camera and printed them on large darkroom papers. I wanted to satirize modern surveillance and was also curious to see how opposing elements would interact with one another when forced to work together (low vs. high quality; digital vs. analog; small vs. big).
